    Don't recommend it couldn't even get money out or access it. Definitely changing and every time you complain they just say sorry and hang up

    Only used the branch for the coin deposit machine, it's slow and frustrating. Only accepts 2kg of coins at a time. Took me 20mins to drop $300 of coins.

    Never really a long wait and always so happy and helpful. Every time I've been into this branch
    they do go out of their way efficiently to help my enquiry and have succeeded!

    Very poor task management, 15 customers lined up out the door not one person inline for 20 mins, both tellers involved explain mostly non banking issue to a customer, one teller kept going on and on while the other stood there doing nothing, one teller then leaves and another comes out with a custom from an office. The original talkative tell finally serves customers but notices the coin machine is full and leaves to empty it, no one being served from the line again. A supervisor comes out and asks every one in line what they are there for to make sure they are in the right line, there is only one line, after a few minutes it dawns on the supervisor to go help with the coin machine and get a teller serving again.
    Very frustrating, annoying and disappointing. Unprofessional commbank.
